PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our Performance Training sessions are for high school athletes who are looking to improve their overall performance and reduce their risk of injury. With these athletes we prioritize establishing sound fundamental movement patterns by promoting correct posture and addressing tight/weak muscle groups. This approach allows us to avoid building strength on top of dysfunction. Building strength and power in multiple planes of motion is our next priority, and is the main focus of most training sessions. See more details of our Performance Training sessions below:
Available to high school/college students
Maximum of 5 participants per session
Sessions are 1 hour in length
Our Performance Group Training packages available for purchase below, we offer a drop-in rate of $25/session.
