FOUNDATION GROUP TRAINING
Our Foundation Group Training sessions are open to middle school athletes, grades 5 through 8. For this population of athletes our focus is enhancing coordination and body awareness with a basic introduction to body-weight strengthening techniques. Hoping to encourage a healthy and positive relationship with fitness and strength training, these sessions incorporate activities and exercises that allow us to achieve goals in a fun and constructive way. Maximum of 8 participants per session
Sessions are 1 hour in length
