SENIOR GROUP TRAINING

Our Senior Group Training sessions provide members with a flexible environment to stay active while being mindful of individual needs of each client. Our experienced coaches incorporate exercises that are easily scalable to meet a diverse range of fitness levels and always leave room for increasing or decreasing difficulty. While each day of training will consist of different exercises, members can expect each session to address the following elements:

  • Controlled breathing exercises

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Balance and coordination

  • Full body strength

The details of our Senior Group Training membership are below.

  • $105 per month

  • Sessions are 1 hour in length

  • Members may attend up to 3 sessions per week
